And it is tough to remember, but finishing the 5K is what is important, not how fast you do it in.<br /><br />And your legs look fabulous! Well, the one I can see anyway. It is very toned and you can see the calf muscle.<br /><br />I think your goals are all doable. Numbers 4 and 5 are self-fulfilling too. The less fried food and more fresh veggies you, that will be what your body craves.
